About Us

We are a family owned and operated  by Rick and Judy Clingan. Our kennel is located just south of Hanover, Pennsylvania. At Swift Run Labs we breed and raise Labrador Retrievers. Our Labs are AKC registered and all of our adult dogs are OFA-certified for hips and elbows and CERF on eyes and several other more comon genetic diseases that can be determined with a DNA test. We focus mainly on sound health, intelligence and a good temperment. Our dogs are raised in our house, we do not have a kennel. We breed only about 2-4 litters a year. The puppies are born in our home so they can recieve lots of love and attention as they grow. They are exposed to many different sounds and situations to encourage a well rounded and confident puppy.
